AI for small and medium businesses

AI that

Fluia finds where AI genuinely pays off in a small or medium business, across sales, receivables, content and customer ops, then builds it, runs it, and keeps a person in charge of it.

How an engagement works

Week 1 · The Review

The AI Implementation Review (AIIR): a one-week, fixed-fee review that ends in a ranked, phased plan for where AI pays off across your business.

If AI won't genuinely help, we say so here, and nothing more is owed.

Weeks 2–4 · The Build

We build the platform or automation the review ranked highest: custom web apps, agents and automations, implemented and ready to use.

No additional cost through week four.

Week 4 · Your Decision

A joint review of what's running, then a commercial decision that's entirely yours: continue on flexible terms, buy the system outright, start the next build, or end.

You own everything from day one. No lock-in.

Where we focus

Sales & Leads

Qualification, generation and reactivation, so real opportunities get a fast, consistent response.

Cash & Receivables

Generating, sending and chasing invoices, so revenue you've already earned actually lands.

Content & Branding

Requesting reviews after a job, responding to them, and flagging the negative ones for a person to handle.

Customer Ops & Support

Appointment booking and follow-up, built to lower churn and avoid the cost of losing a client quietly.

What we've actually built.

How we work

One week to a plan. Four weeks to a working system.

1

Week 1

AIIR

A one-week AIIR finds where AI earns its place across your sales, receivables, content and customer ops, and where it doesn't.

2

Weeks 2–4

Build

We ship the platform or the automation over the following three weeks, fully built and ready to use.

3

End of Week 4

Review

A joint review of progress and any desired additions, then a commercial decision: continue, buy out, start a new build, or end.

How pricing works

A fixed-fee review

The one-week review is a single fixed fee, agreed upfront. It's the only thing you pay for until you decide to continue.

The build costs nothing extra

Building and implementing the highest-ranked solution through week four is included. No hourly billing, no surprises.

You decide at week four

Continue on terms tied to the value created (a revenue share or a monthly retainer), buy the system outright, or walk away owing nothing more.

Let's find the one thing worth fixing first.

Start with the one-week review. You'll leave with a ranked plan you could act on tomorrow, whether you build it with us or not.
