Nothing. The first call is free, and so is the discovery work that follows.
While we build, we charge a weekly development fee. Before we start, we agree on the success criteria together, and you only pay once the solution meets them. If it does not, you do not pay.
The intro call takes 30 minutes. Discovery and a written proposal take one to two weeks. The first build takes two to six weeks, depending on what it touches.
Yes. The systems we build run end to end: they send, follow up and update your tools by themselves. If there is a step where you want the final say, we can add one.
No. We build around what you already run (your accounting system, CRM, booking tool and spreadsheets) and connect them where they do not talk to each other.
We usually keep running and updating it for you on a retainer. If you prefer, you can also buy it outright and bring it in-house.
